1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by:

By booking an appointment or using our services, the client accepts the applicable Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Blossom Professional provides services including manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, nail design, waxing and sugaring.

The scope, duration and price of a treatment may depend on the booked service, nail length and condition, requested design and any additional work required.

3. Prices

The prices published or agreed at the time of booking apply.

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

Additional services, including nail design, additional length, repairs or other services not included in the original booking, may be charged separately.

For particularly complex or individual nail designs, the final price may depend on the actual amount of work required.

4. Appointment Booking via Treatwell

Online appointment bookings are made through the external booking platform Treatwell.

When the relevant booking button on our website is selected, the client is redirected to Treatwell.

The booking and any required prepayment or online payment are processed through Treatwell.

The conditions displayed on Treatwell during the booking process as well as our Studio Rules / Booking Policy also apply.

The Blossom Pro Studio website itself does not process payments for appointment bookings.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, in accordance with our Studio Rules.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, any prepayment already made may be forfeited and may not be refunded.

If no prepayment was made, the reserved time or booked service may be charged in accordance with our Studio Rules.

6. No-Show

If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and has not cancelled it within the required notice period, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

Any prepayment already made may be forfeited and will not be refunded in accordance with the applicable booking conditions.

For appointments booked without prepayment, the missed appointment may be charged in accordance with our Studio Rules.

Prepayment may be required for future bookings following a no-show.

7. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

A delay of up to 15 minutes may be accommodated if sufficient time remains to perform the treatment safely and to our quality standards.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late (from the 16th minute), the treatment may no longer be performed, particularly where this would affect subsequent appointments.

Any prepayment already made may be forfeited in accordance with our Studio Rules.

8. Payment

Prepayments and online payments connected with appointment bookings are processed through the external Treatwell platform.

The Blossom Pro Studio website itself does not process payments for appointment bookings.

Services paid directly at the studio may be paid using the payment methods offered by the studio.

9. Gift Certificates and Subscriptions

Gift certificates and subscriptions are offered, purchased and paid for through a separate online shop.

The Blossom Pro Studio website itself does not process payments for gift certificates or subscriptions.

Gift certificates and subscriptions are subject to the specific conditions stated with the relevant product, including validity, use and expiry.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for the relevant product, gift certificates and subscriptions cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Unused services or remaining balances may expire after the applicable validity period in accordance with the relevant product conditions.

10. External Platforms and Websites

We use Treatwell as an external platform for online appointment bookings and, where applicable, related online payments.

When clients are redirected to Treatwell, Treatwell’s own terms of use, payment terms and privacy policy may also apply.

Our website may also contain links to other external websites and services, including our separate online shop, Google Maps, Instagram and TikTok.

The respective terms and privacy policies of these external providers may apply when using their platforms.

11. Nail Design and Individual Services

Nail designs are charged separately from the main treatment unless expressly included in the selected service.

The final price depends on the type, extent and complexity of the requested design.

For particularly complex or individual nail designs, please send us a photo of the desired design via WhatsApp before booking online.

This allows us to estimate the time required, reserve an appropriate appointment and provide an approximate price estimate.

12. Changes to the Booked Treatment

If a client wishes to change the booked treatment or add services such as French, nail design, repairs, additional length or other time-consuming services, please inform us as early as possible.

If sufficient time is not available during the booked appointment, Blossom Professional may decline to perform the additional service at that appointment.

13. Guarantee and Corrections

Blossom Professional provides a 7-day guarantee for lifting or other defects resulting from the performance of the treatment.

The client must contact the studio within 7 days of the treatment and provide a photograph of the affected nail(s).

The guarantee does not cover mechanical damage, impact, breakage caused by external factors, improper treatment by the client or subsequent alterations to the nail enhancement or coating.

After the 7-day guarantee period, repairs will be charged according to the current price list.

14. Performance of Treatments

Clients are responsible for informing the studio before treatment of any circumstances relevant to the safe and professional performance of the requested service.

Blossom Professional reserves the right to refuse, modify or discontinue a treatment if it cannot be performed safely or professionally.

15. Liability

Blossom Professional is liable in accordance with mandatory applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for damage resulting in particular from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, improper aftercare, external influences or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

16. Copyright and Website Content

Texts, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, logos and other content published on this website may not be unlawfully copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior permission.

17. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Blossom Professional reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, services and prices where necessary.

For existing bookings, the conditions and prices agreed or displayed at the time of booking generally apply.

18. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

Any mandatory statutory rights of clients remain unaffected.
